Limbic System

Paul D. MacLean is saying that the Limbic system is the center which applies an over-simplistic dual decision process to a problem or need. It is vastly reducing our abilities. Also, that it adds a little ‘affect’ of it’s own by means of the feelings those events provoke.

Using emotion distorts reality, by means of altering your own perception of the world in your favor or to make up for limited knowledge and still gain self-esteem.

Man

Currently, men do everything considered manly, and try to avoid anything they believe a woman should be doing.

The palette of available things on offer is clearly aimed at this split idea so we only play into its hands, but it also reflects how tied in we are to it.

A man, upon receiving a choice, or needing to exercise so-called free-will, applies the various life philosophies he has picked up over a time of self-study to the situation, allows his own problem solving faculties to come to self-less solutions and executes that idea if the need still arises.

He doesn’t respond to his first instinct to punch or argue with everything which he conflicts with.

The Nine Gates

The personality has integrated interfaces. If I follow the paradigm, I have a wife/partner/sex-life, house, 2 cars, good job, 2.2 kids, money, holidays and so on. As a result, similar aspirations arise within the personality. A better version of all of the above is usually the next step. This need is perpetual. Growth is perpetual and if not, a person slips back in self-esteem. If enough ‘standard’ things are changed, this can be fatal.

We are in fact an open book.

Gustave Le Bon – Crowd Psychology

Impulsiveness, Mobility and Morality of Crowds

The crowd is at the mercy of all exterior exciting causes, and reflects their Incessant variations. The impulses which the crowd obeys are so imperious (over the self will) as to annihilate the feeling of personal interest. Premeditation is absent from crowds. They are racially influenced.

Crowds are credulous and Readily Influenced by Suggestion.

The obedience of crowds to suggestions. The images evoked in the mind of crowds are accepted by them as realities. The images are identical for all the individuals composing a crowd. The equality of the educated and the ignorant man in a crowd is identical. A crowd perpetually hovering on the unconsciousness, readily yielding to all suggestions, all the violence of feeling peculiar to beings who cannot appeal to the influence of reason, deprived of a critical faculty.

Individuation

According to Jungian psychology, individuation (German: Individuation) is a process of psychological integration. “In general, it is the process by which individual beings are formed and differentiated [from other human beings]; in particular, it is the development of the psychological individual as a being distinct from the general, collective psychology

Mass-education

The further establishment of the ego-self in each individual, giving rise to a palette of needs, all conveniently priced for a ‘grown-up’ age. The establishment of the habitual-self, allowing perpetually repeating tasks to be seen as acceptable means to earn a living, rather than a method of punishment.

One of these new habits is to perpetually compare the self to the environment, especially a collective mind’s superficial needs of vanity and pride, to determine if we still “fit in”. I don’t want to have to do something which will add to my toil and stress, especially if it is unconsciously driven without my tacit consent.

It is unnatural to mass-educate. How an individual learns is determined by how they deal with the extroverts psychologically, and how well they cope with a possibly hostile or other grievance they might have to deal with in the home or otherwise.

The introverts inherit the earth. Don’t spoil it.

Peace
Seek and you shall find is true. But where to look? Where else but in the self? Each of our internal experience is a solo experience. That is religion. It was always described as your personal relationship. In there you are alone. Even when around others, the bit that relates to them is given perpetual drive to competition. It is sometimes described as the fool in the attic.

You are awareness, observing your own play and actions, within a projection in your mind. Somehow, the trick concerns making us think we are the actor, rather than the viewer (the awareness) observing it all. There is material-reality (as far as we know, the psychological-reality (our interpretation of it), then the observer of the two.

This elevates the idea of self above the status of another, and kick-starts an almost unseen or often perfectly acceptable internal scale of judgement.

Mathew 6:27 – Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

The World English Bible translation of this is laughable.
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?

Stature is either meant in conjunction with height, or how you imagine yourself to be or be seen. Nothing to do with lifespan.

It really means your status and place in the scheme of things is in your imagination. That is where your world-view and idea of self it is situated. It is merely a model within which judgement is used to place yourself somewhere in the thought-system of extreme opposites.

The door is in a single mind at peace. Some preconditions must first be met. You need to be clean, inside and out. See that conflict is encouraged through and through in society and it’s sources and interfaces and know that you become what you consume, even or especially psychologically.

There has been a distinct drop in the behavior of the vast majority. As though what should be mature people, seem to have the ability to mix with the immature and as one becomes what one consumes, the mentalities are being merged. This is psychological disease. As such, the more sensitively in tune are going to find themselves more so sensitively stimulated.

That sensitivity is required to boot you in the right direction.

Look at the Essene way without pride or ideas of gain. It is cleansing and leads to the first resurrection, as does any form of abstinence.
