The Player and the Observer

If someone played a single note on a trumpet, while you listen to the note, I’m aware of the cause of the note and what is listening.

In essence the ego plays the note, and the observer listens. Even when the player of the note is alone. Undoing some personality changes can reveal the observer again.

Identity – True Loss

When someone close is no longer with us or near us, we seem to miss their company. What we actually miss is who that person allowed us to become. If they made up a big part of our lives, a large part of our own identity is made up of who they allowed us to become. If we like ourselves with another person, we think that is us liking them. As you can see, with an ego, everything is egocentric. Even love and friendship. If this suddenly changes it leaves a gap in ourselves because we can no longer be that person.

We stare at this missing part and even wonder what it was. In the misunderstanding, we fail to see it is ourselves which laments its own self loss. This is a purely self-absorbed state and has very little to do with love of the other person. If you really loved them, it would be easy to let them go.

Love is not one side of a love/hate thought system. Let us assume you have a partner and they “do as they like”. If you set rules, you are reflecting the thought system, and being a beacon to others how they should act.

The Nine Gates

The personality has integrated interfaces. If I follow the paradigm, I have a wife/partner/sex-life, house, 2 cars, good job, 2.2 kids, money, holidays and so on. As a result, similar aspirations arise within the personality. A better version of all of the above is usually the next step. This need is perpetual. Growth is perpetual and if not, a person slips back in self-esteem. If enough ‘standard’ things are changed, this can be fatal.

We are in fact an open book.

Gustave Le Bon – Crowd Psychology

Impulsiveness, Mobility and Morality of Crowds

The crowd is at the mercy of all exterior exciting causes, and reflects their Incessant variations. The impulses which the crowd obeys are so imperious (over the self will) as to annihilate the feeling of personal interest. Premeditation is absent from crowds. They are racially influenced.

Crowds are credulous and Readily Influenced by Suggestion.

The obedience of crowds to suggestions. The images evoked in the mind of crowds are accepted by them as realities. The images are identical for all the individuals composing a crowd. The equality of the educated and the ignorant man in a crowd is identical. A crowd perpetually hovering on the unconsciousness, readily yielding to all suggestions, all the violence of feeling peculiar to beings who cannot appeal to the influence of reason, deprived of a critical faculty.

According to Jungian psychology, individuation (German: Individuation) is a process of psychological integration. “In general, it is the process by which individual beings are formed and differentiated [from other human beings]; in particular, it is the development of the psychological individual as a being distinct from the general, collective psychology

The further establishment of the ego-self in each individual, giving rise to a palette of needs, all conveniently priced for a ‘grown-up’ age. The establishment of the habitual-self, allowing perpetually repeating tasks to be seen as acceptable means to earn a living, rather than a method of punishment.

One of these new habits is to perpetually compare the self to the environment, especially a collective mind’s superficial needs of vanity and pride, to determine if we still “fit in”. I don’t want to have to do something which will add to my toil and stress, especially if it is unconsciously driven without my tacit consent.

It is unnatural to mass-educate. How an individual learns is determined by how they deal with the extroverts psychologically, and how well they cope with a possibly hostile or other grievance they might have to deal with in the home or otherwise.

The introverts inherit the earth. Don’t spoil it.

I’m always astounded, that the ignorant (not an insult), can’t see that their minds can imagine the universe in all it’s vastness, with all it’s types of laws that might be required to create the various objects found in it if it wills to, but prefers an exclamation, that it demands to be perpetually entertained.

Can you see what we have been divided into?

Knowledge Observation

The knower and the observer of knowledge are not the same. When you perceive something, it is transmitted by the senses into the mind. There it is projected at something. Awareness.

That burning light of awareness is you and me. Not the self we create ourselves and think ourselves into life with. That is two steps away from you.

Thought (Thoth, Djhuty, Djehuty, Tehuty, Tehuti)

Dr. David Bohm suggested that thought created most of the problems we experience. Then further thought tries to solve the previous problems we created, by tackling the symptoms of those thought’s. In ancient Egypt, the god Thoth (Thot) brought farming and tools to man. If this Thot was a mode of consciousness, only describable as a god-like

Other people create all the problems in society as a means of perpetual toil (some create the work for others), then like some kind of odd behavioral fractal, continually treat ever decreasing symptoms rather than the initial problem. Divided by class, landmass, religion, heritage and perhaps even shallower divisions, the varying slight differences are treated with sometimes extreme levels of contempt from the top down.

This dis-ease appears to be the will to join perpetual toil, attempting to heal the symptoms of the previous decades, while all along continuing to make the same mistakes and accepting the finger of blame as a population, rather than observing who is pointing the finger. It is the same people who create the problems.

Problems are created as a means of perpetual toil. The fact it is given negative spin by calling it “a problem” gives those being told the drive to demand ‘a solution’.
